I’ve been working in the Software Industry for more than 18 years holding associate and management positions in Support, Development, Sales, Product Management and Testing. I hold a degree in Psychology from Washington & Lee University, an MBA from Georgia State University and I’ve done graduate work in Cognitive Psychology at Georgia Tech. For the past 8 years I’ve helped lead Agile transformations at two Fortune 500 Enterprise-level companies. Currently my title is Quality Assurance Architect where I consult across all divisions of Fiserv, Inc., a leading provider of IT systems for the financial services industry, helping improve all aspects of their SDLC.
My goal with this site is to share my thoughts on software Quality – what it means and how to achieve it. I’ll do that by presenting them from a manager’s point of view (hence the name) and couching them in Agile principles.
